If the appointment time you want is not available, ask to be put on our cancellation list.
Should a space become free we will call you to see if you want to fill it.

Policies


Scheduling -Although appointments are preferred, they are not always necessary.  If availability
permits, we are happy to accommodate walk-in clients.  However most services are booked several
weeks in advance.
Late Arrivals
Late Arrivals - Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete
your service.  In fairness to others, we ask you to give us at least 15 minutes notice of your expected
tardiness.  If you are not able to make your appointment time  and will be more than 15 minutes late,
we will do our best to accommodate you, however, it may be necessary to reschedule you.

Cancellations - Your appointment at LUSH is scheduled specifically for you.  Should you need  to
reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice is requested.  All services rescheduled or
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service(s).

Children - In order to create a relaxing environment for our customers, we cannot accommodate
children.

Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products.   Please
advise us that you have a Gift Certificate when making your appointment, gift certificates must be
presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  Gift certificates may not
be redeemed for cash value.
